$1,000). The report stated that Carver had been trespassed from the Homosassa Walmart,

earlier in the day, and returned to the store later.

Raymond Michael Ciccone, 42, Crystal River, was arrested by the Citrus County
Sheriff's Office, Aug. 30, charged with hindering, delaying or preventing communication to
   
a law enforcement officer or judge, information relating to an offense or violation of proba-
tion (no bond) and felony battery - committing battery with one prior conviction for battery

(no bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County warrant for felony battery - committing


Rick Layne DeTavernier, 49, 9639 N. Misty Janell Ter., Crystal River, was arrested

by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Aug. 30, charged with petit theft of $100 or more,
but less than $300 (bond $500). The report stated that De Tavernier was unable to pay a taxi

fare of $109.94, plus an additional $3.91 for pack of cigarettes (total loss of $113.85) to a

driver with Affordable Car Service and Taxi. Deputies responded to the Bank of America,
located at 450 SE Hwy. 19 in Crystal River when DeTavernier was unable to pay the driver
