the Citrus County Sheriff s Office, Aug. 1, charged with retail petit theft. Her bond was set

Kirk Wilfred Cooper, 35, 29 Lois St., Inglis, was arrested by the Citrus Ccounty
Sheriff s Office, Aug. 5, on a warrant/capias for failure to appear (original charge possess
and/or use drug paraphernalia). His bond was set at $2,000.
Susan Lennon, 34, 9520 N. Dunedin Rd., Dunnellon, was arrested by the Citrus
County Sheriff s Office, Aug. 5, charged with felony auto theft. Her bond was set at $2,000.
Lennon explained to the arresting deputy that she used the vehicle to get to safety after the
complainant beat her up, that she gave the keys to a friend of the victim to give to the com-
plainant. The report stated that Lennon s face was bruised, but that she had not called 911 to
report the battery, and her driver s license is revoked.
