The mayor and people of New-
berry have good reason to be excited about
the baseball complex. The 16 field facility
is expected to grow to be the largest of its
kind in the country and according to New-
berry Mayor Bill Conrad, it will bring be-
tween 50,000 to 80,000 tourists a year to
the Newberry area. That translates into a
lot of dollars for area merchants and busi-
