A K-9 made a positive alert on the vehicle, which was searched, and the items were found.

She was also issued a written warning for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Floyd Mitchell Simmons, Jr., 53, 11205 W. Samson Ln., Crystal River, was ar-

accused of backing out of a driveway during an argument, with the vehicle's front bumper
