Applicants invited for seat on Tourism Development Council
The Citrus County Board of County Commissioners is seeking applications for one
vacant position on the Citrus County Tourist Development Council. Applicants must be
either the owner or operator of a hotel, motel, campground or other property which collects
the 3 percent bed tax. (Applicants are required to be Citrus County residents and registered
to vote in Citrus County.)
Applications will be accepted until July 15, 2016. Interested persons should con-
tact Marti Spewock at the Citrus County Visitors and Convention Bureau at (352) 794-5506.
Alzheimer's Family Organization to host Caregiver Learning Day
The non-profit Alzheimer s Family Organization will host a Caregiver Learning
Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Citrus Memorial Hospital, 502 W. Highlands Blvd, in In-
