Sinclair is out of control on drugs and living from place to place.
On June 19, deputies located Ms. Sinclair in Inglis, riding a bicycle in the area of
Hwy. 40 East and Breezy Way. She admitted to detectives that she'd taken the items and

told them that the items were in her car, which was parked at at residence on Hwy. 40 East.
She gave permission for detectives to retrieve the items and return them to the victim.  5

While investigators were attempting to take Sincair into custody, the report stated,

Sinclair and take her into custocy.
Detectives retrieved the rims from Sinclair's vehicle. They spoke with a witness

who provided the detectives with the location of the X-Box which was also recovered.
