Raymond Jackson, 60, Hernando, FL, was placed on the Levy County Sheriff's
Office's Most Wanted List on June 28. He has a warrant for his arrest for Failure to Appear
(driving while license suspended or revoked); bond $5,000.
Kevin Troy Kass, 44, 8150 W. Edgehill Ct., Crystal River, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 25, on a warrant/capias for scheme to defraud less than
$20,000. He was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility when the war-
rant was served. His bond was set at $10,000.
Josephine Carol Weston, 78, 347 Debra St., Inglis, was arrested by the Levy Coun-
ty Sheriffs Office, July 25, on an out-of-county warrant.

Randall Curtis Levangie, 43, Hernando, was arrested by the Citrus County Sher-

after a traffic stop in Homosassa for the driver's side headlight being inoperable, for which
he was issued a traffic citation with a $116 fine. The report stated that McKeown has had 23
suspensions from Nov. 29, 2010 through Juy 27, 2014, and also has had four convictions for

driving with a suspended license.
Wayne Joseph Drake, 12307 W. Edward Ct., Inglis, was arrested by the Levy
County Sheriff's Office, July 27, charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure and two
counts of grand theft.

County Sheriff's Office, July 27, charged with tampering with, or harrassing, a witness or


ty Sheriff's Office, July 27, on two counts of failure to appear. Her total bond was set at
$2,000.

A Bushnell, FL couple was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriffs Office, July 26,

by officers conducting traffic enforcement in the area of Bushnell Rd. and Trail Ends Rd. A

K-9 deputy was deployed and alerted to the presence of an illegal substance in the vehicle.

The driver was Kayla Rose Haywood, 23, 6166 SW 91st Way, and the back seat passenger
was Trever Arthur Farley, 25, 9175 County Rd. 622. A TicTac container was found outside
Farley's door which contained 0.1 gm of methamphetamine. Farley admitted the drug was

his and said he'd paid $10 for it. A glass pipe containing methamphetamine residue was
