Samuel Claibourne Garrett, 32, at large (no known address) in Florida was arrested

by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, July 21, on a Citrus County warrant for theft of an
auto, bus or truck (bond $5,000).

Michael Wayne Kline, 42, 6158 W. Carter Rd., Homosassa, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's office, July 21, on numerous charges. The report stated, that when

deputies attempted to serve Kline with a Citrus County arrest warrant, he ran from the

deputy, and when the deputy caught up with Kline, he was in possession of an methamphet-
amine pipe. He was charged with resisting an officer without violence and possession of

drug paraphernalia (total bond $2,000). Kline had an arrest warrant for violating an injunc-
tion for protection against domestic violence (no bond) and another warrant for violation

of probation (due to conviction on charges of grand theft, trafficking in stolen property and

fleeing and eluding); no bond was given. On July 22, Kline was additionally charged with
violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence by communicating with

petitioner (no bond).
