On June 3, deputies were dispatched to the same residence again - 1049 S. Palm
Ave., Homosassa - due to a neighbor reporting that a burglary was in progress. She said a
 
white man with a shaved head and tattoos and a white female were using a large bar or stick,
attempting to pry open the doors and windows of the residence.
Upon their arrival, deputies found a west-facing window that was broken, with the

screen also cut. As deputies continued looking around, Mr. Tedesco, who fit the descrip-

tion of the reported burglar, exited from the back door to the residence and asked deputies
what they were doing at his house. Deputies explained about the burglary complaint, and
Tedesco insisted that there was no burglary, that he lives at the house.
Never having seen Mr. Tedesco while also having a complaint of a burglary, the
report stated, the deputy detained him and placed him into handcuffs. Tedesco was searched
and found to be in possession of 0.53 gm methamphetamine, 10 buprenorphine/naloxone
8mg/2mg pills, 4 amphetamine 30 mg pills and one sealed pill package labeled as zubsolv
buprenorphine/naloxone 8.6 mg/2.1mg. An unidentified substance weighed 0.34 gm, the
report stated. Tedesco was charged with 4 counts of possession of controlled substance, and


his bond was set at none as he'd just been released from jail, June 2, on the similar charge.
While deputies were occupied with Mr, Tedesco, a woman came out and identified


herself (she was not placed under arrest). She said that Mr. Dalton was inside the residence.
He came outside and was found to be in possession of 2 alprazolam 0.25 mg pills, 4 alpra-


zolam 2 mg pills and 2 clonazepam 2 mg pills. He was charged with three counts of posses-

sion of a controlled substance, with his bond set at $6,000.
