The report stated that Mr.McKeown dropped the items when he was confronted by store

employees. Deputies located the vehicle that the victim had left the store in, and McKeown
      
was placed under arrest. On July 6, while still incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention
      
Facility in Lecanto, Mr. McKeown was arrested for a similar theft at the Walmart, located

at 6885 S. Suncoast Blvd in Homosassa. In this case, McKeown selected a backpack and
placed a gas powered chainsaw inside it, then left the store from the garden center without
   
paying for the items (valued at $195.97). In this case, Mr. McKeown was charged with retail
petit theft (value more than $100, but less than $300), with his bond set at $500.

Jeremiah Drewrell Wilcox, 31, Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus County Sher-
iff's Office, June 30, charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Edwin Leroy Arnold, III, 38, Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County Sher-

iff's Office, July 1, charged with possession of a controlled substance, resisting an officer
without violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $4,000. The

report stated that Mr. Arnold, who was wanted on two arrest warrants, had fled on foot from

a deputy in the area of W. Rosedale Dr. and Westmoreland Dr. in Homosassa. The chase
ensued for only about 50 yards before the deputy threatened to use a taser on Mr. Arnold,
who then complied. When he was taken into custody, Arnold was in possession of a syringe

and 15 cc morphine. He was also arrested on the two warrants: (1) failure to appear in court
