Judge Orders Hearing for Yankeetown
June 12th Levy County Circuit Judge Glant signed an order scheduling a hearing for
9:00 a.m. on Tuesday July 1, 2008 for the Amended Petition for Writ of Mandamus and for
Injunctive Relief with respect to Yankeetown's failure to provide public records in the posses-
sion of its former Zoning Official, Rebecca Jetton. Jetton resigned her position as zoning
official in January. Forum Architects, LLC filed a petition regarding the records May 27. The
hearing is set for hearing room B. According to the notice priority is given over other pending
cases and telephone appearances are not permitted.
