p.m. According to Boatwright, all three area fire departments were called to the fire, including
Yankeetown and S. Levy Volunteer Fire & Rescue. The location of the brush fire was on the
north side of Hwy. 40 East, across from the South Levy Recreational Park. According to
Yankeetown Volunteer Fire & Rescue firefighters Diane Scheer and Bob Tourigny, the blaze
was about a quarter mile off the road and completely contained in about an hour. Tourigny said
