Gary Ryan Booth, 26, Pensacola, FL, was the driver. According to the arrest report,
Booth gave permission for his vehicle to be searched. During the search, two pill bottles
with Booth’s name on the label were found. One bottle contained several Xanax pills, which
Booth had a prescription for. The second bottle was labeled hydrocodone, but contained
one-half of an Adderall 30 mg tablet, a Schedule II controlled substance which requires a
prescription, and Booth did not have a prescription for it. The report stated that Booth admit-
ted the half-pill was Adderall, and he did not have a prescription for it. He was placed under
arrest, charged with possession of Adderall without a prescription.
The front seat passenger was Christopher Nicholas “Nick” Britt, 24, also of Pen-
sacola. In a plastic bag that contained garbage, the officer found a white piece of paper,
rolled into a ball, that contained several ppills, 4 Adderall 30 mg tablets (a Schedule II con-
trolled substance which requires a prescription) and 19 Xanax 1 mg tablets (a Schedule IV
controlled substance which requires a prescription). Britt admitted that the pills belonged to
him, and he was unable to provide a prescription for them. He was charged with possession
of Adderall without a prescription and possession of Xanax without a prescription.
John Ambrose Marshall, Jr., 22, of Cantonment, FL, was a back seat passenger.

bottle contained several Xanax tablets and 1 Adderall tablet, which Marshall had no pre-
