table seating (for alcohol), and parking at 2727 N. Carl G. Rose Highway (SR 200) in Her-
nando. *Sushi-O has requested an interior remodel permit (2017-02875) to create a bar area
in their existing restaurant at 1984 N. Future Terrace in Lecanto. *Salon 19 has requested
an interior remodel permit (2017-03006) for a new hair salon at 6235 S. Suncoast Blvd.
(US 19) in Homosassa. The site is located just north of Howard's Flea Market. *Homosassa
River RV Resort has requested a building permit (201703105) to flood-proof an existing
bathhouse at their site at 10200 W. Fishbowl Dr. in Homosassa.
*T-Mobile has requested an interior remodel permit (2017-03113) for a new retail
site in a shopping center at 2428 N. Heritage Oaks Path in Hernando. *Brentwood Farms
has requested an amendment to the Master Plan (PUD17-03) to allow interchangeability of
residential land uses and a potential future access road for their development on CR 486 in
Lecanto. The application is scheduled for discussion by the PDC on May 18, 2017 before
being forwarded to the BCC for consideration. *Justin and Sheila Heater have requested
a street vacation (SV-17-01) for a portion of S. Bassett Drive in Homosassa. The applica-
tion will be discussed by the PDC on July 6, 2017 before being forwarded to the BCC for
consideration. *Sloan Engineering Group, on behalf of West Nature Coast Investments, has
requested an amendment to an existing Planned Unit Development (PUD-17-04) to allow
for auto parts sales at the site on 2301 W. Coast Path (just west of CR 491) in Beverly Hills.
The application is tentatively scheduled for discussion by the PDC on May 18, 2017 before
being forwarded to the BCC for consideration.

demeanor possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($1,000 bond).
Ms. Daniel gave permission for her purse to be searched. Inside

her purse, according to the report, deputies found approximately one
gram of methmmphetamine in a plastic bag, along with a methamphetamine smoking pipe.
She was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug
paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $3,000.
