Troop 201 of Inglis completed the troop’s year-long project to beautify the Cedars of Leba-
non Cemetery, located north of Inglis.
Troop leader Sheena Price and her brother Ric Kutner arrived at the cemetery at
6:00 a.m., and before the troop and its band of 54 volunteers from the community arrived
at 8:00 a.m., they had almost completed cleaning-out the entrance area of pre-tilled land.
With the arrival of the work team, along with the rakes, hoes, shovels and wheelbarrows, the
project quickly moved from concept to fruition.
By 11:00, the team of volunteers led by Raejean Robinson, coleader of Troop 201,

and Melody Carson, past leader of Troop 201, had completed a cedar-lined garden that

of volunteers delivered a hot and delicious lunch for the group, around 11:30.

At 12:30, the volunteers were back to work, scattering the mulch on the nearly
completed gardens, and they soon stood in awe as they admired the beautiful results of the
year of planning, holding fund raisers and gathering supplies.
“The day was a wonderful experience for our troop, said Price. “A special ‘thank

they gave our girls. They have now learned the Power of One, Power of Team, and Power
