Bryan L. Stevens, 55, 6083 W. Fairhaven Ct., Crystal River, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff s Office, Feb. 28. on numerous charges related to the report of a pos-
sible burglary in Dunnellon at 9757 N. Citrus Springs Blvd.
A maintenance man for the building told deputies that he drove
by the building and noticed a black car parked behind it. He said he pulled
in front of the building and saw that the car’s trunk was open, with an air-
conditioner compressor, a sink inside, some of his tools, and paint that had
been in another unit at 9763 N. Citrus Springs Blvd.
He said he took the keys our of the black car, and Stevens soon
came out of the building and started taking to him. At that time, the main-

tenance man saw water pouring out of Unit 9757. He said Stevens told him
that he was there to clean up the building and repair a front window that had
been broken-out last week.
The maintenance man called the owner of the building, to see if Stevens was sup-
posed to be there, and also called the sheriff s office. The maintenance man said he went to
the front of the building to turn the water main off, and when he returned to the back of the
building, Stevens had put the air conditioner compressor back in the building and had also
placed the sink and tools back.
At this point, the sheriff s office arrived. Stevens told the deputy that he worked
for Bob s Glass Co. and gave the officer an incorrect phone number. He told the deputy that
