ries. According to the report, Hessler was wearing a seatbelt and received no injuries dur-

ing the incident. The report stated that the bicycle was inspected and found to be currently
unequipped with brakes. The report stated that unspecified charges are pending, and that the

crash remains under investigation with details being subject to change.
