Russell Todd Hansen, 52, 91 S. Lucille St., Beverly Hills, was arrested by the Cit-
rus County Sheriff's Office, Marh 16, charged with trespass in an unoccupied structure or
conveyance and battery of a law enforcement officer. His total bond was set at $5,500.
the report stated that Hansen had been staying at theThree Rivers Motel located at 4891 S.
Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa for six days, but he had not paid for that day, andrefused to
pay, or leave, the motel. A deputy and a deputy trainee went to Hansen's room and found
him intoxicated, drinking liquor. He refused to pay for the room, talked obscenely to the
deputy, as he had the motel clerk, and punched the deputy when the deputy attempted to take
him into custody. The report stated that Hansen was wearing a leg cast and using a wheel-
chair, and said he had no money. The deputy attempted to call someone for Hansen to stay
with, but Hansen said he had no one to call.
Remus Scalf, 43, Inglis, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March
16, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked and posession of marijuana.
His bond was set at none.
Kristine Lynn Hess, 31, Inglis, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office,
March 16, charged wih battery (touch or strike). She was released on her own recognizance.
James Bailey, 34, Inglis, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, March
17, charged with failure to appear. His surety/cash bond was set at $2,000.
Scotty Ray Lind, 38, Cystal River, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Of-
fice, March 18, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription
