suspension of impact fees to determine their effectiveness, and will provide the results of

this review to the Board of County Commissioners.

           

Randy Oliver was unanimously voted the new County Administra-

tor by the Citrus County Board of County Commissioners, and started in his

new role on Jan. 6. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in West Virginia

and a Registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, South Carolina and



West Virginia, Mr. Oliver brings a new perspective to Citrus County and is
