15, in the Pine Ridge area of Beverly Hills. Thirty-five year-old Nathan Joseph Bogart was
driving a 2000 GMC Sierra truck, traveling south on N. Elkcam Boulevard near W. Rosehill
Place. While attempting to negotiate a left curve in the roadway, Mr. Bogart lost control of
the truck, which departed the road, traveled onto the north shoulder and collided with a tree.
Upon impact, the truck overturned, and Bogart was ejected from the truck. He sustained
fatal injuries and expired at the scene of the crash. The crash report stated that Mr. Bogart
was not wearing a seatbelt.
