Michelle Johnson, a 38 year-old white female from Inglis, was placed on the Levy
Richard D. Holden, 31, 164 Prospect St., Spencerport, NY, was arrested at the
Monroe County Jail in Rochester, NY, Nov. 23, and transported by the U.S. Department of  County Sheriff's Office, Most Wanted List, Nov. 29, due to a Levy County warrant for Fail-
Corrections to the Citrus County Detention Facility where he was booked in on 16 counts of  ure to Appear (in court). Her bond was set at $1,500.
Victoria Lynn Austin, 59, 7882 W. Miss Maggie Dr., Homosassa, was arrested by
transmitting material harmful to minors by an electronic device and 1 count of unlawful use
the Florida Highway Patrol, Nov. 30, charged with driving under the influence (DUI) with
of a two-way communication device. His total bond was set at $34,000.
Joseph Lawrence Kordecki, 41, 2741 N. Seneca Pt., Crystal River, was arrested by  property damage. Her bond was set at $1,000. She's accused of hitting a Ford pickup truck
the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 28, charged with possession of a controlled sub-  with her Toyota pickup truck in the Publix grocery store parking lot located at 3942 S. Sun-

prior to the incident.

Ryan Keith Williams, 29, homeless (Floral City), was arrested, Nov. 28, on a Citrus

County warrant for interfering with child custody. Williams was transported by the U.S.
Department of Corrections from the Cartoosa County, Georgia Jail to the Citrus County
   
Detention Facility.
Charles Rowland Bray, 59, homeless or of an unknown residence in the Crystal

River area, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 29, charged with tres-

passing. His bond was set at $100. The report stated, that about 9:00 pm, Bray was tres-
passed from the Dollar General store in Crystal River and warned by the deputy to not go

into any of the numerous locations he'd been trespassed from in Crystal River. About 45
minutes later, the deputy was called to the Crystal River Sonic restaurant, located near the

Dollar General store, to find Bray sitting cross-legged against the building, eating food,

"creating a mess in the area," the report stated. Bray had been trespassed from the Sonic
restaurant on Sept. 23, 2014, and the manager told the deputy that she wanted to keep Bray

trespassed from the location.

Kwasi M. Francis, 26, 63 Park View Dr., Union, NJ, was arrested by the Citrus
Wild Bill
County Sheriff's Office (CCSO), Nov. 29, for violation of a condition of pretrial release
    
when the arrest was for domestic violence. His bond was set at none. The arrest was in
   
response to a State Attorney's Office investigation in regard to a Marion County Sheriff's
Office case. An investigator learned that Mr. Francis was staying at a N. Ranch Hand Ave.,

Dunnellon residence with the victim.

