of Children and Families (DCR) was contacted regarding the incident.

Nilo Salvador Vicari, II, 46, Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County Sher-
iff's Office, Dec. 17, charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation and domestic

Sean Michael Delmain, 31, Dunnellon, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's

Office, Dec. 18, charged with child abuse without causing great bodily harm, and felony
domestic battery by strangulation (no bond given on either charge). Delmain is accused

of choking the victim while she was holding a child. The report stated that the victim was
able to maintain her hold on the child while the incident occurred, and the incident was

viewed by several children. Delmain maintained to deputies that the altercation was verbal,

not physical, although the report stated that the victim had red marks around her neck. The

following day, Delmain was additionally arrested on a charge of attempting to interfere in
an official proceeding (no bond given). This occurred after numerous phone calls from Del-
main to the victim from the Citrus County Detention Facility.

