his neck in an attempt to cut off air supply, the report stated, but the attempt was foiled by

deputies. The man was charged with one count each of resisting arrest and aggravated as-
sault of a law enforcement officer (total bond $6,000). He was also charged with violation
              
of probation (original charge - battery on a law enforcement officer); no bond. The man was
      
placed on suicide watch at the Citrus County Detention Facility.
      
Kevin Wayne Broussard, 22, 8810 Eastwood Dr., Abbeville, LA, was arrested by

the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 18, charged with five counts of knowingly pos-
sessing child pornography. His total bond was set at $10,000. The arrest affidavit stated
   
that the sheriff's office was contacted on Oct. 12 with a complaint of child pornography
on Broussard's cell phone that was viewed by the complainant and several other people.

A search warrant was executed on Broussard's phone. Nine videos and one image of child
pornography were found on Broussard's phone, the report stated, and on Nov. 18, he was

arrested in Crystal River at his place of employment.

Heather Lynn Barker, 27, 2550 E. Mary Lue St., Inverness, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 19, on a Citrus County warrant for fraud (illegal use of

a credit card). Her bond was set at $2,000

Sherry Ann Lee, 32, 2216 N. Dee River Rd., Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus
County Sheriff's Office, Nov 19, charged with grand theft ($300 or more, but less than

$5,000), traffic or endeavor to traffic in stolen property, and giving false verification of

ownership or false identification to a pawnbroker. Lee is acused of taking jewelry from a

person she's acquainted with and pawning several items at Colonial Pawn in Inverness.
