Wilderness Circle Winter Solstice Ceremony
December 21, 2013 Saturday at 11:00 AM FREE Ceremony in the spirit of Native Ameri-
can traditions. Indian blood not required, just the Indian heart. All who come in a good
way are invited. The Winter Solstice is 12-21 and is the shortest day of the year. A ceremo-
nial entry into the Circle will occur and prayers will be offered. A fire will be built in the
center. Mike Serio of Cherokee descent is in charge and will lead it. Mackie Sanford will
be present to help as his health permits. Pot luck dinner follows and then afternoon music.
