A Florida Christmas sponsored by RABAC
The Inglis area Christmas Parade will be held on Saturday, December 11th, 2010
at 4pm. The theme this year will be “A Florida Christmas”. Line up will be at 3pm in the
field in front of Food Ranch and follow the same path as years past to end up at Yankeetown
School. This year prizes will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd for Walking Units, Floats and Bands. We
have added two new categories this year as well; Decorated Bicycles for kids 15 and under
and Decorated Off Road Vehicles (go carts, golf carts, dirt bikes and ATV’s) for ages 16 and
up will also be judged for 1st, 2nd, and 3rdplaces. Prizes will be handed out at the Christ-
mas Party directly following the parade at the Inglis Community Center. Applications and
waivers can be picked up and will need to be turned in to the Inglis Town Hall no later than

Inglis residents can register at IPD for free car seat by Dec. 3rd
The Inglis Police Department is sponsoring a Child Safety Seat program on Mon-
day, December 6, where approximately 20 car seats will be distributed to Inglis residents
who register in advance and live within the Town limits. To qualify for the program, fami-
