Terry Lee Arnold, 39, 50 Palm Dr., Inglis, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff’s Of-
fice, Oct, 23 on a warrant for felony failure to appear (original charge habitual driving while
license suspended), no bond. He was arrested on Oct. 24 with a writ of bodily attachment
(original charge non-payment of child support) with a $1,000 cash-only bond.
Douglas Edward Jones, 3927 S. Kindness Ter., Homosassa, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff s Office, Oct. 23, charged with felony trafficking in 5.6 grams of
oxycodone 5 mg/acetaminophen 325 mg during a traffic stop. He was also issued a traffic
citation for driving while license suspended. His bond was set at $50,000.
Michael Louis Lauro, Jr., 2889 S. Euclid Ave., Homosassa was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff s Office, Oct. 23 on a misdemeanor charge of petit retail theft from
the Inverness Walmart (a pair of men s pants and eight packs of Yogioh cards with a value
of $61.74). He said he’d stolen the items to give his friend’s child as a birthday gift. As he
was placed on a three-year probation on Sept. 18, 2012, he was also charged with violation
of probation (no bond).
Kyle Stephon Potter, 22, 3559 S. Aberdeen Ter., Homosassa, was arrested by the
Citrus County Sheriff s Office, Oct. 23, charged with trafficking in stolen property and
grand theft ($300 or greater, but less than $5,000). The items were a Lincoln welder, a 32-
feet aluminum ladder, an AC unit and a metal storage shed, valued at a total of $2,320 and
taking items to a scrap dealer in Inverness with payment of $58. He stated that a person he
knows only as “Rob” had taken the itess to the scrap dealer and used his Identification to
