Oct. 4: Mikell Lawrence Price, (now) 43, 360 S. Inglis Ave., Inglis, was arrested by the
Levy County Sheriff s Office, charged with DUI and leaving the scene of a crash involving
property damage. His bond was set at $7,000.
Oct. 12: James Darrell Edwards, 39, 347 Debra St., Inglis, was arrested by the Levy County
Sheriff s Office, charged with violation of probation. No bond was set.
Oct. 19: Emilio Ernesto Menendez, 49, 9851 S.E. 130th Ave., Dunnellon, was arrested by
the Levy County Sheriff s Office, charged with production of marijuana, possession (of
over 20 gms.) of marijuana, possession of drug equipment and fraud (obtaining property of
under $20,000). His bond was set at $125,000.
Nov. 1: Hollie Gail Montague, 28, 53 63rd St., Yankeetown, was arrested by the Levy
County Sheriff s Office, on an out-of-county warrant. Her bond was set at $1.055.
Nov. 2: Jerry Arnold, 33, 101 Hammock Rd., Inglis, was arrested by the Inglis Police De-
partment on an out-of-county warrant. His bond was set at $50,000.
Nov. 3: Cathy Allyn Petty, 55, 2083 N. Heart Path, Crystal River, was arrested by the Levy
County Sheriff s Office, charged with two counts of failure to appear. Her bond was set at
$60,000.
Nov. 3: Jesse Edward Cockream, 21, 104 Shearer St., Inglis, was arrested by the Levy
County Sheriff s Office, charged with two counts of failure to appear. His bond was set at
$55,000.
