Inglis VFW Post Re-Opens
Hickory Island
The Gilley, Long, Osteen VFW Post 8698 on Hwy 40 E in Inglis has reopened it's
doors after a cooling down period called by state officers. One of the requirements was for
Lighthouse Lounge
the post to have a successful election and fill all the seats. Mission accomplished with over
40 members turning out to hold the election. Regular meetings will resume as they were in the
"Preserving Florida's Southern Spirit"
past. The post canteen will be open 7 days a week starting at 1:00 PM till 8:00 PM. The closing
time may be adjusted according to use.
