onic, stanozolol, clenbuterol, trenbolone and testovorin), suboxone, propacet, hydrocodone,

dronabinol, oxycodone, carisoprodol, amphetamine, alprazolam, methylephenidate hcl. and
lorazepam. Starkey was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (1 count),

trafficking in more than 28 grams of oxycodone (1 count; carries a 15-year minimum man-
datory sentence if convicted), possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (14

counts)

Amanda Finn, 30, 3132 S. Alabama Ave., Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus

County Sheriff's Office, Sept. 28, charged with possession of a controlled substance (bond
$2,000). According to the arrest report, a patrol deputy in Homosassa saw a man get into

a car and drive away, and the deputy was aware that the man had no driver's license, so a
traffic stop was made on the vehicle. When a K9 made a positive alert on the vehicle, it was

searched, and Finn, a passenger in the vehicle, was found to be in possession of 0.38 gram
