Raffaele again started to cry. He then admitted that he’d left his wallet on the counter at the
gas station. He left the store, but immediately returned, to find his $75 missing. He again

himself) and that he “made the whole thing up. He said he is trying to kick his heroin habit

Area Police Beat  - Continued from page 3
David Keith Hall, 23, 770 Hwy. 40 East, Inglis, was arrested by the Inglis Police
Department at 3: 06 p.m., Jan. 22 , at a traffic stop made on U.S. Hwy. 19 at E. Cason Blvd.
According to the report, Hall was a passenger in a vehicle which was stopped because of a
BOLO (be on the lookout) on the vehicle due to a well-being check of a missing person. The
officer noticed a bulge in Hall’s pants - which the officer suspected of being contraband -
when he stepped out of the vehicle at the officer’s request, but when he was patted-down for
a weapon search, “the object” that had caused the bulge “had disappeared,” according to the
report. Hall was detained for safety, and when he moved back closer to the vehicle in com-
pliance with the officer’s orders, a Levy County Sheriff’s Office deputy found a black bag
lying where he had been standing that contained six bags of a clear crystal-like substance
