1. Sales Tax Credit for New Vehicles: You

can claim the sales tax on a new vehicle pur-

chase even if you do not itemize.

2. There is up to a $400.00 tax credit for

people who have earned income for 2009.



This is similar to a stimulus payment in the



past. If you have no earned income credit but

do have a pension or annuity distribution,

 

you can claim a $250.00 tax credit.

Standard deductions and exemptions



have increased. MFJ increased $500.00 to



$11400.00, Single filers increased $250.00

to $5700.00, and Head of Household filers

  

get a $350.00 jump to $8350.00.

The increase for exemptions

  

 

(personal and dependents) of $150.00 to



$3650.00 applies to everyone.



burglary of a dwelling). He was booked into the Levy County Jail and held without bond.

He was ordered not to possess, consume or use alcohol or illegal drugs.
