Shopland gave deputies permission to search a pair of coveralls, lying next to him,

that he stated belonged to him. In the coveralls, they found the woman’s driver’s license and



the man’s wallet, which contained several credit cards and other information.



He was arrested on the petit theft charge and transported to the Citrus County De-


