Annual Soup A Thon
Calling all soup makers….reserve your spot today to try for the title of Best Soup
Chef in the area. The Yankeetown-Inglis Woman’s Club Soup-A-Thon will be Saturday,
January 15th from 11:00am until 2:00pm. Bring your favorite soup and join your neigh-
bors at #5 56th St., Yankeetown to try them all and vote for the best. ALL YOU CAN EAT
ONLY $5.00. Cash prizes will be awarded for the top three tastiest soups…..1st place $50,
2nd place $25 and 3rd place $10.
The ladies of the Club have been busy and will have a variety of crafts for sale as
well as homemade baked goods. Don’t forget to check out the Thrift Store for new bargains
